About Us

Meet the Smoky Tekno Trio and the Goat

We are a team of four second-year students at EPITECH Paris, specializing in C++ development. Our passion for programming and video games has led us to participate to this GameJam. We have diverse programming experience and expertise in multiple programming languages such as Elixir, Haskell, PHP, and Assembly.

Together, we have worked tirelessly to create a game that allows everyone to enjoy, and comprehend what the yin and yang and what it represents for us. We hope you enjoy our creation!

How to Play

Controls:

• Space: Change between Yin and Yang colors
  
  
• Arrow keys: Dodge enemy bullets
  
  
• Enter: Confirm menu selection
  
  
• Escape: Go back or exit in menu / high score
  
  

Game Logic

The player controls the yinyang character that moves around the screen.
The player must avoid colliding with the bullets sent by the music. The game ends when the yinyang collides with a bullet or if he doesn't die by the end of the song.

Installation

To install our game, download the game ZIP file by clicking the button below, and install the game by following the instructions provided in the README file. If you have any issues during the installation process, please feel free to contact us for assistance.

If you want to use our program with Ubuntu, you need to install the following library:

            $ sudo apt-get install libsfml-dev
